Dental Area Manager

MBR Dental are currently assisting dental practices located the Woking, Surrey area to recruit a Dental Area Manager to join their team.

• Full time opportunity.
• 34 hours per week over 4 – 5 days.
• Salary up to £35k depending on experience.
• The Area manager will be responsible for 3 practices located in the Woking, Surrey area.
• Duties will include; carrying out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of staff, HR, business development, line management, managing budgets and forecasts, financial management and overseeing CQC compliance/ CQC Registered Manager.
• Practice require an experienced Area Manager with a good understanding of business and marketing, along with strong management skills and previous experience with working with professionals.
• Candidates must have previous dental management experience in a dual-site/ multiple practices.
