We are looking for an enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse with experience of Implant Dentistry. The dental practice, based on the outskirts of York, is independently owned and provides NHS and private family dental care including Dental Implants, Invisalign, and various cosmetic treatments. 

The role is part or full-time, however, we require at least three days covering Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as this is when the dentist is in practice.  In addition to chair-side duties, you will be an integral part of the surgery's implant team.  Working closely with the dentist, you will liaise with the treatment coordinator, practice manager, patients, dental materials representatives, and labs. With this in mind, we are looking for a confident candidate that can run the implant part of the clinic and can take charge and ensure the smooth running of some very large, complex, and high-value cases. The dentist you will work with provides some additional treatments, such as bone grafts, composites, and the occasional check-up, however, all treatments are private. 

You will benefit from a competitive salary, it is negotiable and the practice will pay a salary to ensure they find the right candidate for the role.  With this in mind, you will be a very confident individual, confident in your abilities with strong dental nursing skills and knowledge and experience of implant clinic.  You will be GDC registered and a qualified dental nurse.  

Hours are 08.30 to 17.30, with essential days being Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but four days or full-time available if you wish.
