Job Details
A new opportunity has become available for Business/Senior Manager to join an established company supporting 3 Dental Practices located in the Surrey area.
Start date - As soon as possible, notice periods considered.
This role will be to work 4-5 days per week, Monday - Friday.
Ideally they would be looking for somebody to work 34 hours per week over 4 days, however can also consider 5 days per week.
Tasks/Duties for this role includes the following...
1. Overseeing Compliance and CQC Registered Manager (bonus payment eligibility for this per practice)
2. Human Resources
3. Recruitment and selection
4. Business Development
5. Line Management
6. Budgets and forecasts
7. Financial Management.
All 3 Dental Practices are fully equipped and computerised. All practices have a full, friendly team on hand.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be very approachable, supportive and hard-working.
Salary is between £31-35k per annum, this is dependent on hours/days worked and experience. This will be discussed further at interview stage.
Suitable candidates must have previous management experience in order to apply for this role.
