Associate Dentist

We are seeking a new Associate dentist to join our family practice.

• Located in North Somerset 20 minutes from Bristol we are a 4 surgery clinic looking to replace our associate who is retiring.
• Established 40 years ago our patients are 90% Denplan/Private with a small NHS contract for children.
• This is a full time position that generates an income of £80,000+ per annum after license/lab fee 50%.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience with a possible view to purchase.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
