LOCUM DENTIST – Grimsby, Lincolnshire - DN31

We need an Locum Dentist with an active NHS performer number to start working in Grimsby, Lincolnshire:
£5000 bonus on successful completion of contract!
Start date ASAP
Ongoing locum role until a permanent dentist is recruited - at least a 6 month contract
Monday-Friday available (no weekends) - full & part time options considered
09:00-17:15 (1 hour lunch break)
£400 for 35 UDAs
50% lab bills
Predominantly NHS practice - all work will be NHS
Car park behind surgery
SOE software
REQUIREMENTS:
GDC registration and certificate
Active performer number
Valid indemnity insurance
Proof of right to work in the UK
