An Associate Dentist is required for this modern, digitised dental practice offering a broad range of NHS and Private general dentistry.

The practice itself is modern and well appointed offering excellent working conditions and the latest in digital dentistry including full scanning and in-house milling for same day crowns. The practice is well staffed with an experienced and enthusiastic team of support staff and dentists also benefit from working alongside an experienced principal dentist and other experienced colleagues. 

This post is ideally suited to motivated and enthusiastic dentist with a team approach and who is looking to deliver NHS dentistry, but with the ambition to also be able to offer high quality private treatment options in the long run where appropriate for patients needs. The practice also benefits from being linked to a specialist referral practice with visiting specialists able to mentor Associates across a range of dental specialism's and special interests. 

The in-coming Associate Dentist will benefit from working with an enthusiastic and experienced team of clinicians, dental nursing and support staff as well as experienced dental therapists. 

The Associate Dentist will inherit a well maintained patient base of family patients with regular income and this opportunity is well suited to a dentist who is keen to continue to improve their clinical skill set in the long run with the benefit of substantial internal clinical mentoring.

While we welcome applications from experienced clinicians, we are also considering applications from less experienced dentists with excellent interpersonal skills and the enthusiasm to continue to progress their clinical skills in a progressive and growing practice.
