This striving ,growing company are looking to recruit for an experienced Area Manager to start immediately (Notice periods accepted)
We are now working alongside this independent body, whom own a number of Dental practices across the South West region of England. Rapidly expanding. Due to this expansion they are now looking for another experienced area manager.
A new opportunity has arisen for an Area Manager of being responsible of practices in the following areas:
Devon, East Sussex, Dorset, Hertfordshire.
Please note : Suitable applicants will be covering some of the sites as of when. You will not be expected to cover all 10-12.
Candidates will be based at the Stevenage Head office once a week, and will spend rest of their week on the road , visiting the practices.
-Candidates are expected to inspect some of the sites.
-Must ensure all protocol's and correct procedures are carried out in alignment with the CQC and HTM01-05 guidelines and regulations.
Other duties will vary from dealing with:
-Recruitment - Vacancies, contracts, Job offers
-Dealing with Complaints
-Budgets
-Reporting to the Directors and Operational directors etc
-Candidates must illustrate Dental experience and Area Management experience .
-Must have good communication skills, Must be good team player.
-Candidates must be dedicated ,committed with travelling to all sites .
-Must be Flexible
-Candidates must be reliable
-Must be comfortable in driving long hours etc.
In return the practice will offer :
--A salary £40k-42 per annum
-Bonuses offered during Christmas and also end of the financial year, when all targets are met ,bonus does depend on practice performances and also individual performance .
-Company phone .
-Petrol paid for when travelling.Candidate MUST have their own car.
-All food, accommodation will be covered by the company when staying over .
