Part-time Associate Dentist ideally with Implant Experience, required from September

Experienced Part-time associate with implant experience. Long term view to take over practice. Great potential to grow from existing patient base.

2 to 3 days per week, ideally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 
50% gross and lab fees. 
Small NHS contract 750 UDAs to be shared with Principal. 

We are a private practice in the centre of Marlow with a strong patient base and loyal and competent staff. Currently the principal is the longest serving dentist in Marlow...28 years.
The practice was relocated to present premises nine years ago and was fully fitted with brand new equipment and fixtures. 

We currently refer out for implants and orthodontics, therefore there is a huge potential to expand in this area just from our existing patient base.

Will suit an associate who has gained experience and now wants to take control and lay a foundation for reaping the long term benefits.

The potential candidate should have at least 10 years experience, be articulate, enthusiastic, hard working, have a genuine interest in dentistry, continue to improve skills, take pride in good quality work and building a good rapport with patients. The rewards will come with time by winning the trust of patients rather than aim for short term gains.
