Associate Dentist - Part time 1 or 2 days per week

Part time Associate Dentist required 1 or 2 days per week (must include Fridays ) for busy independently  owned dentist in Elland, West Yorkshire.  Easy access to M62 and parking.   

The Practice offers:

• Well maintained patient list (mainly Denplan/Private and some NHS )
• Fully computerised
• R4 Carestream Software
• Digital x-rays,
• Rotary Endodontics,  
• good range of modern  equipment and materials in each surgery
• Various Laboratories to use
• Friendly, caring and supportive staff
• Flat rate of £350 per day, no lab fees
• NHS Pension contribution dependent on number of UDA’s done.

Applicant Requirements:

• Must have active NHS performer number with no restrictions
• Active GDC  Registration and Certificate
• Valid Indemnity Insurance
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Proof of Hepatitis B Vaccination
• Referees
• Agree to DBS Check prior to employment
