Receptionist

*Receptionist Required in the W1H area*

This High end, Fully private practice are looking to recruit for an experienced Dental Receptionist to work in the heart of London within the Dental district. Working in the Marylebone area.

Practice is located in the heart of London, easily accessible from central London.

Start date: ASAP

Working from Monday to Friday.
Practice opening hours vary from 9am-6pm/10-7pm with some Saturdays.

This Fully private practice are looking for a very experienced Receptionist.

Requirements:
UK experience
Must have Dental Receptionist Experience
Must be comfortable in working in a busy environment
Candidates must be fully aware and must be able to understand the CQC and HTM01-05 guidelines
Candidates MUST have fully private experience
Experience in dentistry and knowledge of SOE beneficial, but not mandatory.

Duties will vary from:
Answering calls
Booking in Appointments
Meeting/Greeting patients
Offering high standard customer service
Taking payments
Oversee the collection of data for both marketing and financial reporting.
Ensuring the desk is ran smoothly
Excellent Oral and Written skills

Salary does depend on experience and how you come across at interview.However the practice will pay up between £26-27k DOE

About the practice:
The Marylebone surgery is a Paediatric practice, consisting of 14 Dental surgeries.Fully private. This is a warm, energetic practice, with its own brushing stations, fun Dental chairs for children. An environment that encourages children that visiting the dentist is not a daunting experience. Fully equipped practice, computerised using SOE. Closest Station is Marylebone, Edgware, Baker Street.
