Job Details
We have a fantastic opportunity which has come up for a Deputy Dental Practice Manager for a well-established practice based in Andover, Hampshire. This is a permanent position on a full time basis.
As a Deputy Dental Practice Manager you will be based in a modern practice and fully computerised. You will be part of a professional and friendly team to ensure the day to day running of the practice to managing and motivating staff.
The role will involve:
- Assisting practice manager with managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies
- Working in a fully computerised practice using SOE software
- Compliance with CQC regulations
- Stock and inventory control
- Helping with managing of dentist's diaries and UDA targets
- Induction of support staff and dentists
This role will be ideal for an individual who has previous experience working within a dental practice or previous experience of people management is essential. Full training will be provided.
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour (negotiable dependent on experience)
