Business Manager

An experienced business manager is required for this fast growing and innovative dental group with a focus on high quality private dentistry. 

Working closely with the senior management team of the business you will help drive practice performance, working closely with existing teams to improve process and create best in class customer service and patient journey. 

This is a genuine opportunity to make a difference in a quality focussed business, providing support and encouragement to help integrate and grow existing practices. 

The role has a clear focus on effective planning and leadership to encourage staff and practice development, taking best practices across the business and implementing improvement plans with team buy in. 

Applicants should be recognised for having strong leadership and people management skills and with an ability to operate at senior level across the business. Previous multi-site management experience is a must, alongside people development skills and ability to spot and nurture talent. 

You should be commercially astute with an ability to analyse financial and practice performance data to develop insight in to commercial growth opportunities.
