Job Details
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in West Moors, Dorset to recruit a dental practice manager to join their team.
- High end, private practice.
- Full time opportunity (part time also considered).
- Salary circa £25k - £35k depending on experience (pro-rata for part time).
- Previous experience managing a dental practice is essential.
- Strong management experience required.
- Responsibilities include day to day running of practice.
- CQC / HTM01-05 / Health and Safety responsibilities.
- General ongoing development and wellbeing of practice.
- You will be responsible for effectively managing your time and your team, leading by example to consistently keep your team motivated, celebrating success and challenging growth opportunities.
- Well established private practice offering a wide range of treatments.
- Paperless practice, Computerised, fully digital.
