Dental Practice Manager – Gartside street dental lounge

We are seeking a full time Practice manager at a brand-new state of the art clinic based in Spinningfields, Manchester city centre. The perfect candidate would be organised, reliable and motivated to take on this role to push the clinic to its full potential.

Previous experience as a practice manager or a managerial role within a dental practice is required as well as clinical dental knowledge.

Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday

Salary: Competitive/dependent on experience

Location: Spinningfields, Manchester

Job Requirements are as follows but not limited to:

• Responsibility for the day to day running of the practice
• Managing and motivating all staff
• Management of the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies
• Experienced user of SOE
• Compliant with CQC using iComply
• Stock and inventory control for all surgeries and office stock
• Management of all clinical staff diaries
• Handling patient complaints
• financial management of the practice including banking, authorising invoices and producing cash reports
• Supporting all staff and induction of new staff members
• Dealing with pay roll and staff wages
• Planning weekly rotas
• Assist with carrying out staff appraisals
