Practice Manager

This striving company are looking to recruit for a Deputy Practice Manager, to cover a Practice in the Hampshire region.

This position is to work at the Andover site.

This is a Full time position working 40 hours per week (Could involve weekend working subject to the opening hours of the practice)

Start date: ASAP.

Experience: Previous experience of working within a dental practice OR previous experience of people management essential.
Training: Full training will be provided

Suitable applicants will be responsible:
-To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
-Support the PM
-To ensure the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05.

Employment Duties:
-To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.

This is a large 8 surgery, busy practice. Fully equipped with Digital Xrays in place and Rotary Endo, CT scanners, OPG machinery,Intra oral cameras on site.

Pay: DOE. Looking to pay between £9.00 – £10.50 p/h, negotiable depending on experience.
