Practice Manager

This striving company are looking to recruit for an experienced Practice Manager, to cover a Practice in the Hampshire region.

This position is to work at the Lee on the Solent site.

This is a Full time position working 40 hours per week.
Practice operate:
Mondays: 8.30am-7pm
Tuesday-Friday 8.30-5pm
Saturdays 8.30-1pm

Start date: ASAP.

All candidates must have Dental Experience and Practice Managerial experience within the Dental Sector.

Suitable applicants will be responsible:
-To carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the Practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Management Team.
-To liaise with the Receptionists, Nurses and Clinical Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice as a whole.
-To ensure the practice meets standards set by government legislation including but not limited to CQC and HTM 01-05.

Employment Duties:
-To perform a high quality management service in areas of the practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control and clinical governance including all practice audits.
-To liaise with the Senior Management Team on all matters concerning finance, administration, pay and service conditions.

This is a 3 Surgery busy practice, Fully equipped with Digital Xrays in place and Rotary Endo on site as well as a Hygienist.

Pay: Negotiable Depending on Experience. Looking to offer between £21-22k DOE
