Associate Dentist Required (potential opportunity for partnership)

Our experienced team are looking for an associate dentist to take over an existing list from a departing colleague. We would also consider a future partner in the practice.

We are a long established, busy, 3 surgery, modern, fully computerised practice. 

Mainly NHS with good private potential, several generations of families have attended the practice since birth and we have daily requests to register.

The position would suit one full-time or two part-time candidates, depending on experience & number of days worked. 

Applicants must be GDC registered.

The successful candidate(s) must be a good communicator & motivated to provide a high standard of patient care. As we are a busy practice we would prefer applicants to have at least 12 months experience working within an NHS dental practice or be due to complete vocational training. 

Location

We are located in the picturesque town of Selkirk an hour’s drive south of Edinburgh.  Travelling North we are slightly further from Carlisle & Newcastle.

There is a large, free, public car park located behind the practice.

There is a direct trainline from Edinburgh to the nearby town of Galashiels.

Salary

Remuneration:  45%, plus allowance/'golden handshake' of up to £9,000 per annum depending on candidate.
