Practice Manager

*Practice Manager required for a Mixed practice in the London area*

This practice is located in South East London, commutable from the Crystal Palace area, Norwood, Mitcham etc.

Start Date: ASAP

This is a Full time role, working from Monday to Friday. 8,45am-6pm

Candidates Must ideally have Dental experience. However experience coming from the Medical sector or GP/Optometry will also be considered.

The practice are Looking for a manager who can:
Drive the business
Grow the business

Candidates must have:
Dental Experience
Must have drive and initiative
Can organise events for referring dentists
Increase numbers of patients seen

Candidates will need to:
Have management experience
Good knowledge of HTM 01-05 and CQC
Have an eye for detail and show initiative
Be able to manage a large team and report on KPIs
Be reliable and energetic motivated person with excellent communication skills who is able to multi-task
Be Friendly and a team player.
Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, practice are looking to offer between £25-30k

This is a 4 surgery site, soon to become 5, as a new Hygiene surgery will be installed soon.
Practice is equipped/computerised using SOE
