Associate Dentist

We have a brilliant Dental Associate full  time permanent vacancy in Dover starting in end of May/ start of June.

We can offer you:

• Full time permanent position
• A well established NHS list with excellent private potential
• Easily attainable UDA target 7500 UDA`s
• Mixed NHS and Private practice
• UDA rates £10 per UDA
• To work as part of a close-knit team with support from a fully qualified Dental Nurse and experienced Front Desk Team
• Fully computerised practice with digital radiography equipment

Once you are an Associate with the practice you have the opportunity to become a mentor, where you will support a candidate in achieving their performer number.

Mentor Incentives you will receive are:

• £2000 initial sum of money
• £1 per UDA extra for every UDA your Mentee completes
• Other incentives may include a rotary – please enquire about further incentives

Requirements:

• First class communication skills 
• To be GDC registered with experience in providing both private and NHS dental treatment.
• Active NHS performer number
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional and calm manner
