Dental Receptionist, London

Medicruit are sourcing a full time GDC registered receptionist for a Fully Private practice in London (Near Liverpool, Moorgate, Barbican street station)

Job Description:

40.75 hours a week Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:45am - 6pm Monday to Thursday & Fridays 8:45am - 5:30pm

Answering the telephone and taking messages. – Booking appointments, consenting treatment plans, follow up phone calls, updating training manual, updating patients file and medical history on tablets, feeling confident to ask for feedback
Making appointments and updating records.
Dealing appropriately and professionally with patient enquiries.
Typing reports / Correspondences. – this is not really necessary – it is to reply to any emails regarding booking etc..
Maintaining a filing system. – everything is online now as we don’t use cards anymore furthermore we have tablets to discuss treatment plans and updating medical histories… there is some filing of invoices
Taking Payments and cashing up daily with end of the week banking x-cell spread sheet information provided to the practice manager
Other Admin duties as requested by the manager.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience £12+ an hour
