Centrally located, this well-established independent dental practice offers the perfect opportunity for a dentist seeking a stable and well-maintained NHS list, with an excellent opportunity for further growth, especially in terms of private dentistry. 

With 1000 to 1500 patients to acquire, ideally, we are seeking a dentist for three days per week with a view to increasing to five days in the near future.  That said, we are happy to accommodate a part-time dentist long-term and it is not a prerequisite that the dentist increases the days.  In fact, we are also happy to speak with dentists seeking two days per week.  With a great deal of flexibility on the days from the practice principal, what is more important for them is finding the right candidate long-term to ensure optimum dental care for their patients. 

In addition to NHS, the practice provides a large amount of private dental treatments, including implants and restorative dentistry.  With this in mind, if you have skills additional to general dentistry, these will be well-utilised.

The practice is well-managed and you will be supported by trained and experienced dental nurses.  The practice is well equipped with OPT digital x-ray (CBCT planned), it is computerised, and has rotary endo. 

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist list number for Scotland and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
