Practice Manager

*Practice Manager required for a Mixed practice in the London area*

This practice is located in West London, commutable from the Marylebone area, as well as Russell Square, Fitzrovia etc.

Start Date: ASAP

This is a Full time role, working from Monday to Friday. Hours are TBC.

The practice are Looking for a manager who can:
Drive the business
Grow the business
They are looking for someone who can drive growth, at their private specialist referral practice in Russell Square, London.

Candidates must have:
Dental Experience
Have buckets of drive and initiative
Retail minded
Will grow referrals by reaching out to other practices
Can organise events for referring dentists
Increase numbers of patients seen

Candidates will need to:
Have management experience
Good knowledge of HTM 01-05 and CQC
Have an eye for detail and show initiative
Be able to manage a large team and report on KPIs
Be reliable and energetic motivated person with excellent communication skills who is able to multi-task
Be Friendly and a team player.
Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, Discussed at interview.
