Smart Dental Care

Smart Dental Care (NI) is an expanding family owned corporate with a network of 11 practice offering a mix of private & NHS dentistry as well as specialist treatments including oral surgery, implants and orthodontics.

Smart NI is part of the Smart Dental Care group which operates 32 practices in NI, SI and England which is aiming to acquire more 6 more practices in NI over the next 12 months.

We are looking to continue our track record of 20% annual organic growth as well as acquiring new practices in NI

Reporting to:

Chief Operating Officer – Smart Dental Care based in Manchester in England.

Experience:

You should already be employed in a leadership role in Dentistry at multi-practice level.

You ideally should have experience in operation and management for a multi-practice dental business and have a demonstrable track record of growth… ideally you should have clinical experience.

You will be required to develop profitable and positive relationships with fee earners (general and specialist dentists and therapist/hygienist), help support and grow their private and NHS income and productivity.

Your role will involve monthly travel to our Manchester Head Office as well as routine meetings with your COO in Belfast.

You will be involved in monthly management meetings with your Cluster and Practice Managers to help develop agreed strategy for Smart Dental Care in Northern Ireland.
