Job Details
An opportunity has come up for a full time Dental Area manager within the Hampshire region. As an area manager you will be managing five mixed practices, full training will be provided.
This role is ideal for an experienced dental practice mananger looking to progress within their career.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of Dentistry and clinical governance
- Experience of working with budgets
- Flexible and reliable
- Focused, results driven and self-motivatedExcellent communication skills
- Driving licence
The role will involve:
- Responsibility for the effective running of the practices in the Hampshire Area
- Traveling on a regular basis to the practices in the region.
- Providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice and dental professional team members in the region
Hours: Full Time (approximately 40 hours a week)
Pay: £30,000 - £33,000 (Negotiable and dependant on experience) + plus company car, phone, laptop and discretionary performance related bonus.
