Ideal candidates will have experience of managing teams of clinicians and support staff in a private or plan practice with a good understanding of customer service, staff management and patient communication. 


The dual site manager will be supported by an experienced office team handling finance, payroll, HR and purchasing as well as an experienced management team. 


Applicants should have demonstrable experience in practice management in a busy setting and be able to performance manage, train and develop staff across the business. 


Experience of managing marketing communication for existing and new patient acquisition would also be advantageous.
