About the BDA

We are the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK.  We bring dentists together, support our members through advice and education, and represent their interests. We are looking for a Careers Speaker to join our team.

About the role

We’re looking for a dentist to join the BDA’s marketing team. The successful applicant will join us for three days per week, going to dental schools to deliver talks to students, and host foundation training scheme visits on and offsite. Most of the time you will be out and about within the UK, but your office is based near Oxford Circus in London.

About you

Do you love to talk about dentistry? Can you see yourself enthusiastically demonstrating how dentists and students should be members?

You will be a UK-registered dentist and have demonstrable experience within the NHS environment. Your experience to-date has given you a good understanding of dental law and regulation.

You are a confident public speaker and can convey a passion for dentistry. You want to help newly qualified dentists and dentists of the future understand the world they’re going into, and about the career options available to them.
