Associate in Surrey private practice: Mondays and Wednesdays

Are you an experienced dentist, who wants to work in private practice in an affluent Surrey commuter town?

We are looking for a mature, experienced and autonomous dentist, who can meet the needs of our discriminating patients across our two practices: Mondays in Dorking Dental Centre and Wednesdays in Pipers Dental Practice in Oxted.

This position would suit someone with a special interest in complex or aesthetic treatment (e.g., implants, Six Month Smiles/ Invisalign, or facial aesthetics) as well as great all-round general dentistry skills.  We are looking for someone who is an excellent treatment planner and has a gentle caring way with patients.  The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate that they bring in over £200 per hour in revenues in a private dental practice.

We need someone to start at the beginning of May.  It will be replacing an existing dentist and picking up existing lists.

Dorking Dental Centre is a 100% private practice in the centre of Dorking and has a reputation for implant dentistry.  It also has its own CEREC crown milling machine and CT scanner.  CEREC experience would be ideal; but if not, training can be provided.

Pipers Dental Practice in Oxted is an 80% private practice with a small NHS list, prioritised on children and vulnerable/ exempt adults.

Together, both practices form a friendly, family-owned business, and we are looking for someone who can fit in as part of a small, collaborative team.
