Dental Practice Manager

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Tonbridge, Kent to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join their team.

• Full or part time depending on practice need.
• Salary and hours to be discussed.
• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirement.
• Practice require an experienced practice manager with a good understanding of business and marketing, along with strong management skills and previous experience with working with professionals.
• Practice is fully private, with working hours 8am-8pm, 6 days per week.
• Candidates must have previous dental management experience.
• Knowledge of Software of Excellence Exact or similar dental software is desirable.
