An experienced and motivated practice manager is required for this long established, busy practice serving patients in Evesham. 


The practice operates as a Private/Plan practice with a small NHS contract and is currently undergoing a planned period of modernisation and refurbishment. 


Ideal applicants will have demonstrable practice management experience or a suitable management qualification, combined with excellent organisational and people management skills.


The practice is undergoing a planned period of refurbishment and modernisation including moving over to new digital systems and software as well as incorporating I-Comply compliance management systems.


As such, applicants should have experience in working in a modern practice with digital workflow and reporting as well as have a strong grasp on Compliance and Regulatory requirements. 


The role is currently available on a part-time basis, however there is scope to increase to a full time post longer term for anyone interested in taking on more commercial responsibility across marketing and patient communication.
