Clinical Teacher in Oral Surgery

The salary will be paid at Grade Clinical Teacher, £ 31,931 to £59,401 per annum pro rata, plus London Weighting Allowance per annum pro rata.
This is a Part-time role 1 or 2 days a week (0.2/0.4 FTE)
Part-time clinical teachers are required to teach Oral Surgery at an undergraduate level. Teaching is mainly clinically based but also involves delivering tutorials and one to one student feedback. Support is provided. Teachers may be asked to work at any of the KCLDI sites. Teachers with a specialist background in Oral Surgery, as well as generalist dentists, are required. Two fixed term 1 year contracts and one indefinite contract will be offered.
Applicants should be fully GDC Registered Dentists with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Applicants from a general practice environment are encouraged and the Institute also values postgraduate qualifications, employing specialist clinical teachers in Oral Surgery.
The selection process will involve a panel interview.
