Bilal and Rabia Ahmad, our principal dentists have 3 young children. Family comes first but Ryton, Fulwell and Eden Villas Dental are now part of their family. They lead the practices with the same care and attention. Every member of the team and every patient is treated as part of a growing family.

We don't tell our team what to do, we discuss and ask what is the best way to grow together, personally and professionally.

We are aiming for our patients, especially children, to stop needing dental treatment. This can only be achieved through helping our patients and local community understand how to maintain good oral health. We currently provide school workshops for children up to the age of 12 to help promote oral health in and around Ryton.

Our staff turnover is minimal, our surgeries are updated and modern, we are adding extra capacity in each practice. Our practices have modern x-ray facilities and advanced scanners (itero).

Bilal is an implant dentist happy to train others, we have NHS trainers and encourage anyone who is interested to try it. All practices have or are looking to grow invisalign and other specialised treatments. We work with Practice Plan for independent treatment options for patients. All of our team are supported to help grow this, and we have a patient experience coordinator working between the practices to build plan numbers for the future.

We support our dentists with training budgets/loans/shared costs. We look to support dentists choice of labs also.
