Jim Peirson Dental Health Care has been providing dentistry to the local community for more than 30 years.

There has been a dental practice on the site since the early 1930s and it now occupies four terraced houses and has nine surgeries with around 15 staff.

The emphasis is on providing family dental care to the local community and so much of its income is derived from the NHS, though some also comes from independent and private work.

The practice promotes a preventive approach and uses support staff to help deliver this. Healthy patients are happier patients and more profitable patients.
