Snapshot of the dental recruitment landscape: A challenging year for job seekers and recruiters

Every two to three years we aim to survey dental audiences to understand job seeker and recruiter experiences in job hunting and recruitment, and last year couldn’t have been a more appropriate time to do so.

In the wake of the pandemic, we wanted to provide you and your practice with insights on the potential impacts on the recruitment sector for this year, as well as bringing you guidance on how best to recruit and maintain a workforce.

59% of practice owner respondents found recruitment challenging in 2020, with 57% saying that competitive salaries and remuneration were more difficult to offer
